• If a book will not open or convert: its title and format, and roughly when you uploaded it.
• If something looks wrong on screen: which browser, and what you expected instead.
• If you cannot sign in: the address you registered with — never your password. We will never ask you for it.

Deleting your account

You do not need to ask us — deletion and export are both on your account page, and the privacy policy says exactly what each one removes. Write to us if you would rather we did it for you.
